Bio

At RVAM, Kulin focuses on deal sourcing, diligence and transaction execution of investment opportunities in the technology, media, telecommunications, education, healthcare, cleantech and other sunrise sectors. Kulin has been actively involved in supporting the management of portfolio companies like Seedfund, Scalable Display Technologies and Pelago. Prior to RVAM, he was a part of Aditya Birla Group's 'Group Management Trainee Program'. He executed various projects across the group companies. He has worked with the group's Corporate Strategy & Business Development Team, Madura Garments, Indian Rayon (VFY Division) and Idea Cellular. The projects include conducing due diligence for an M&A transaction, feasibility analysis for rolling out retail stores in tier 2 /3 cities, streamlining of credit settlement cycle for B2B business and market sizing for Influenza vaccines.
