Laurence Smith

Bio

Mr Smith has been in the financial services industry since 1985, covering both corporate and institutional investors. Before joining Sixpoint Partners, he was the Managing Director responsible for structured equity solutions for all of HSBC’s corporate clients throughout the Americas. Before HSBC, he worked with Bank One, Bear Stearns, and a subsidiary of Lazard, and also spent nine years overseas with Bankers Trust in both Asia and Europe. Mr Smith also co-founded and continues to own one of Japan’s largest manufacturers of frozen specialty bread products. Mr Smith is a graduate of Yale University and a General Securities Representative (Series 7, Series 63), registered with FINRA.
