Liad Agmon

Bio

Liad Agmon joined BVP Israel's Herzliya office in 2010 as an entrepreneur-in-residence. He focuses on consumer-Internet applications, particularly innovative ways of leveraging social graphs for fostering valuable consumer experiences. He often invests in Israeli companies. Prior to joining Bessemer, Liad was the vice-president of new services and general manager of social commerce for Sears Holdings, which had acquired his start-up, Delver, an intelligent social-search engine. While at Sears, Liad served on the boards of the home-electronics and outlets business units. Liad’s first start-up was Onigma, a provider of enterprise data-security and protection solutions. After it was acquired by McAfee, he worked for that firm as director of product management. Liad holds a B.A., cum laude, in film studies and computer sciences from Tel-Aviv University.
