Manny Fernandez

Bio

Mr Fernanderz began his professional career in 1980 as founding partner of Neuman-Petta-Marinelli, company which is active in the field of management consulting, and he has been a financial investor in various companies. Presently, Mr Fernandez is a member of the Board of GIDSI, a holding company of industrial participation which operates in the sector of automatic machinery, as well as being Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mais SpA, a finance company and holding company of the participations of the Seragnoli family, on of Italy’s leading industrial families. Petta is a Board member of Tamburi Investment Partners (financial participations), Chairman of the Board of Sirio (aviation), and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BGroup (private equity investment company). Mr Manny holds a degree in Theoretic Philosophy and Arts Discipline from the University of Bologna, and he has taken courses in this same field at Columbia University, New York.
