Marc J Mar-Yohana

Bio

Mr. Mar-Yohana has over 15 years of experience working with manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations spanning more than 10 industries. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2011, Mr. Mar-Yohana has been involved in investment management activities. His areas of specialty are Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Mar-Yohana was a consultant in operations management for more than 50 companies between 2000 and 2011. He focused on the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement programs including Value Stream Mapping, Plant Layout, and Statistical Process Control. Before becoming a consultant, Mr. Mar-Yohana had five years of engineering and manufacturing experience with Emerson Electric and Honeywell Aerospace from 1996 to 2000. An Illinois native, Mr. Mar-Yohana has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
