Bio

Mark joined Century Park Capital Partners in 2011. He assists with due diligence and execution of growth equity and buyout transactions. He also monitors the performance of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Century Park, Mark was a Senior Analyst in Lazard’s Technology Investment Banking group in San Francisco covering the software, hardware, and semiconductor sectors. Prior to Lazard, Mark was an Analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Healthcare Investment Banking group where he covered the biotechnology and medical device sectors.
