Mark Lauber

Bio

Mark is a Consultant to Hotbed, advising on corporate finance, strategic growth, and transactional issues. He is the Managing Director and Founder of Highgate Capital Limited (www.highgatecapital.co.uk), an advisory and investment firm specialising in corporate finance and financial services. His background includes over 20 years in banking, working internationally for UBS prior to joining Rabobank in London. With broad experience in capital markets, he managed businesses with a focus on investment products and liability management. Mark served as a Director Trustee of the Rabobank UK Pension Fund and has held other non-executive appointments with a focus on children’s charities such as Children of the Andes. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He became a Hotbed Investor Member in 2008. Mark is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
