Experience in executive search covers the full energy & commodities complex with a particular focus on retained mandates and market intelligence projects in carbon, physical oil & gas, power and coal & freight. Previous successes have included pioneer placements in the carbon, coal and power markets, execution of several large scale market intelligence projects and subsequent hiring for companies looking to enter the gas & power, coal & freight and carbon market. Also completed senior trading placements across the oil barrel, both in the physical and financial markets, and successful C-level searches in the coal and carbon arena. Before joining Kinsey Allen International, spent 10 years in front office energy & commodities recruitment and 5 years in various asset management positions focusing on sustainable & responsible investment and natural fund management. Honours degree in Sociology and a masters in Criminology and Criminal Psychology. Investment Management Certificate and FSA registered representative exams.
