Bio

Matthew Cook is focused on strategic advisory and deal execution for clean technology, business services, education, and consumer-focused companies. Previously, Matthew worked as an investment banker at Canaccord Adams where he completed numerous public and private financing, M&A, and financial advisory assignments for middle-market growth companies. He also worked as a principal investor at Braemar Energy Ventures and management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. His past experience includes assignments in the clean technology, energy, business services, consumer goods, and industrial products sectors. Matthew holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Accounting and BS in Business Administration.
