Bio

Matthew G. Harrison joined Wellspring in 2005. Prior to joining Wellspring, he worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the firm’s Investment Banking Division on a range of assignments which included leveraged buyouts, strategic refinancings and M&A transactions across various sectors. Matthew received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Hamilton College, cum laude. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Economics.
