Matthew Schloop

Bio

Mr. Schloop has 4 years of private equity investment experience and over 9 years of transaction experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2006 as a member of the corporate finance team, Mr. Schloop has been involved in transaction activities such as screening and processing investment opportunities, acquisitions, debt and equity financing and supporting investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Schloop was an Associate in the Investment Banking Group at Mesirow Financial, Inc. in Chicago from 2002 to 2006. From 2000 to 2002, he was an analyst at P&M Corporate Finance, L.L.C., a middle market investment banking firm in Southfield, Michigan. A Michigan native, Mr. Schloop holds a BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
