Leads all aspects of VSS's European activities, including new business development, portfolio management and monitoring, fundraising and operations of the firm. Has played a key role in many of VSS's international transactions, including Clarion, Zed, CSC Media Group, Berliner Verlag, ITE Group, Xtreme Information, Pepcom, Fonecta, De Telefoongids, the acquisition of Mediatel and the formation of YBR, which encompassed the combination and refinancing of Fonecta, Mediatel and De Telefoongids. Was actively involved in the VSS Communications Partners II acquisitions and subsequent sales of both Yellow Book US and Centaur Communications, the VSS Communications Partners III sale of YBR and VSS IV’s sale of Berliner Verlag. Prior to joining VSS, worked at Ark Asset Management. He has spent more than a decade focused on the media industry and has 12 years of private equity experience. Sits on the Board of Directors of Clarion, Canalmail, Zed, CSC Media Group, and KMS, a subsidiary of Pepcom. Previously a member of the Board of Directors of Berliner Verlag, Xtreme Information, YBR, De Telefoongids and Mediatel. Graduate of Georgetown University.
