Nancy McCullough

Bio

Nancy McCullough, CPA, is vice president and treasurer for the Kauffman Foundation. She provides management and oversight in the areas of accounting, reporting, financial analysis, grants administration, information technology, facilities, and conference center operations. McCullough joined the Foundation in 2003. In 2008, Ingram’s Magazine recognized McCullough as part of the 40 under Forty Class of 2008.McCullough plays an active role in the community as a volunteer, providing personal financial counseling to families and leading workshops on the subject. Prior to joining the Foundation, McCullough spent ten years working primarily with entrepreneurial companies, including CFO of a startup private equity fund and two companies that pursued IPOs. Much of her experience has been in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged financing, and initial public offering work. Previously, she spent several years in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration, cum laude, from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
