Focuses on sourcing deal flow, evaluating and assessing potential investee companies through to negotiation and documentation of deal terms and on to portfolio management. Previously manager at LEK Consulting where he worked for eight years in the UK, US and Australia. While at LEK, he advised many of the UK's leading private equity funds on commercial due diligence and building value in their portfolio businesses. On the board of Hydrobolt, and an observer on the boards of Promotion Space, Tristar and T4 Holdings. MBA with distinction from INSEAD. MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
