Pascal Mercier

Bio

Mr Mercier started his career in the US in 1989 as a trader, before taking over as COO of Western Equipment Corp, a company specialized in the electronics and aircraft parts business. After overseeing the sale of the operation to a French group, he joined the Groupe Elis in 1994 where he was in charge of services related to innovative technologies. In 1999 Mr Mercier joined Chausson Finance as Associate Director before creating his own company in 2002 and undertaking several capital raisings plus merger and acquisition operations in association with Chausson Finance. In 2004 he co-founded Aelios Finance Mr Mercier sits on the boards of many VC backed companies. He is, or has been a Director of Kaidara, Axance, Soamaï (sold to ASG), NewScreens (CashTV), Boonty and Mxp4.
