Bio

Holds the position of Partner within Rockspring and has a particular responsibility for Fund Management. Also responsible for managing The Rockspring German Retail Box Fund and The Industrial Trust. Joined Rockspring (then PRICOA) to work within the UK fund management team, focusing on deal identification, post acquisition management and fund operation work. Since that time, role has extended to continental Europe and currently has both fund and asset management responsibilities across the UK, German, Spanish, Greek and Belgian markets although his involvement also includes Central Europe. In 2001, was instrumental in the design, promotion and launch of The Industrial Trust and now runs in conjunction with an external, specialist asset manager and more recently, he launched The Rockspring German Retail Box Fund. Qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1995.
