Bio

Paul has almost 30 years of experience in the retail warehouse sector – both from a development and investment perspective – and is the founder of Cadena and Pradera. Paul was Managing Director of niche retail warehouse developer Citygrove plc until 1985. In 1989 he founded the group which became Grantchester Holdings plc, focusing on retail warehousing developments and investments through the United Kingdom. During the last 5 years of Paul's chairmanship Grantchester was ranked first in the IPD league of 250 funds and property companies and won the BDO Stoy Hayward Property Accounts Awards in both 1998 and 1999.
