Mr Baronoff utilizes his entrepreneurial and management expertise to direct the company. He has spent the past 10 years in a senior executive capacity as chief executive officer, corporate director and president, providing equity capital, financial management and restructuring expertise to operating companies nationwide, including startups and troubled businesses. Prior to co-founding Sun Capital, Mr Baronoff was the president and founder of Blair Importers Ltd, a leading national importer of wine and spirits. Blair Importers developed a national reputation by acquiring wine and liquor brands from major international competition. Mr Baronoff has also served as president of Cordoniu US, a subsidiary of a Spanish company, and as executive vice president of Guinness plc. As chief executive officer and president of Dev-Tech Corporation (d/b/a Florida Growth Capital Inc, a NASDAQ-listed company), Mr Baronoff was retained by the company's board to redirect the company and increase shareholder value. Currently, Mr Baronoff is chairman of the board of directors of Biolok International Inc, a NASDAQ-listed company.
