Peter Ziganek

Bio

Joined GSC Group in 2005. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring European mezzanine investments. Previously with CIBC World Markets in the European Leveraged Finance team, where he was involved in the origination and execution of LBO financings. Prior to that, was at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group for European energy and utility companies. Graduated from ESCP-EAP (Oxford, Madrid, Paris) with the Diplôme Grande Ecole de Gestion and an equivalent degree of European Msc in Management, which was subsequent to his three-semester course in Management and Economics at University of Bayreuth in Germany.
