Prior to joining Permira, Phil was an investment principal at RJ Capital. Prior to that, he worked at Francisco Partners and Bain and Company. Phil is a member of the Deal Structuring Group. He has worked on a number of transactions including BakerCorp. Phil has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.
