Philip Cole

Bio

Philip Cole serves as a Principal of SV Investment Partners. Philip has 20 years’ operating experience in senior finance positions. Philip joined SV from one of its portfolio companies, PrecisionIR Group, where he served on the Board for 5 years and acted as its Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure at PrecisionIR, Philip played a leading role in SV’s successful efforts to take the Company private. Philip was also instrumental in subsequent financing and acquisition activities. Prior to PrecisionIR, he held roles in marketing services companies, including as Chief Financial Officer of Momentum Integrated Communications, a subsidiary of Omnicom Inc. He started his operating career with Serco Group Plc, one of the world’s leading service and outsourcing companies. Philip is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London. He received his BA degree from Kingston University.
