Rebecca Guo

Bio

Ms. Guo joined Ares in May 2011 in the Private Equity Group and serves as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Ares, Ms. Guo was an Associate in the Fountainvest Partners, a USD 1bn China-focused private equity, evaluating and executing investments in more than 30 deals. Ms. Guo also had 2 years M&A related advisory experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers with extensive knowledge of M&A and finance performance improvements. Ms. Guo earned an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Finance from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
