Bio

Mr. Earley is managing director and founder of Dunrath Capital and is recognized as a distinguished entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of launching and building successful companies. He is currently serving as CEO and Chairman of Arxan Technologies, an anti-tamper solutions company utilizing intellectual property licensed from Purdue University. In 1998, Mr. Earley founded Dunrath Partners, LLC. At Dunrath Partners, he was actively involved in launching and building several businesses, fulfilling roles ranging from initial seed investor and board member to CEO and strategy consultant. Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley served as President and Director of Synergy Software, Inc., an information technology systems integrator that merged with Complete Business Solutions, Inc. in 1997 and currently trades as Covansys, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVNS). He also held executive, general management, sales and marketing positions for two other information technology software companies. Mr. Earley holds a Department of Defense clearance and currently serves on several corporate boards, including Defense Trade Advisory Group, DHS Critical Infrastructure Protection Advisory Group, Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council, Advisory Board for the University of Notre Dame's Gigot Entrepreneurial Center. Mr. Earley received his MBA from Benedictine University, a BA from the University of Notre Dame and completed Harvard University's Program for Senior Executives in National and International Security.
