Mr. Hoch, with over 25 years of real estate industry experience, has executed all disciplines within international real estate investment -- acquisitions, commercial and residential development, Fund portfolios asset management Head, Fund institutional capital-raising, financings, dispositions and advisory services. Mr. Hoch Co-Chairs the Investment Committee of Berkshire Capital Group. Previously, Mr. Hoch sat on the Board of Directors of CIT Holdings, Ltd - operationally headquartered in London - with having primary oversight responsibilities for its New York operations, U.S. investment policies and all U.S. strategic initiatives. Further, Mr. Hoch was a co-founding Managing Director of CIT USA LLC, an affiliate of the London based CIT Group, plc. Prior to that, Mr. Hoch was a Director-Acquisitions of Westbrook Partners, LLC (New York office) - a global real estate investment firm, general partner and sponsor at the time of three investment funds with institutional equity capital approximating $3.0 billion. As one of the initial acquisitions officers of Westbrook Partners, Mr. Hoch was part of a management team that completed over $8.0 billion of global investments during his tenure - transactions encompassing over 600 individual properties in 35 states and 14 foreign countries. Mr. Hoch's global investment experience covers all real estate products / classes, structures and transaction types; and over his career, he has been involved in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, oversight or execution of over $5.0 billion of real estate projects internationally. Prior to joining Westbrook Partners, Mr. Hoch co-led the execution of a Price Waterhouse Real Estate Transaction Advisory practice based in New York.
