Founder, former President and CEO of Hyperion Solutions Inc. Guided the company to NASDAQ listing with $400 million in revenues, with the Company the leader in the financial analytics space. Retired from the Board in 1998, and left the Company in 1999. Hyperion was recently sold to Oracle Corporation for €3.3B. Also Founder, former President and CEO of International Interactive Media, a company producing hardware and software for the interactive media market, resulting in a public listing in 1997. Active Business Angel in both the US and Europe. Currently serves on the board of Automsoft, and is an Observer on the boards of SeeWhy and AMT.
