Ron joined our team in January 2008 as an Operating Partner. Ron is an experienced business executive; with accomplishments quite familiar to our firm. In 2005, CGP hired Ron as President/COO of a new technology-driven investment, eInstruction Corporation. At eInstruction, the leading provider of testing and assessment software to K-12 and postsecondary education institutions, Ron oversaw the Company's sales, marketing, technology and subsidiary operations. In less than two years, Ron led a number of key initiatives that contributed significantly to eInstruction’s impressive revenue and earnings growth. Prior to joining eInstruction, Ron was a partner at Fort Dearborn Partners, a management consulting and merchant banking operation, where he successfully managed several middle market businesses and consistently delivered superior rates of return to his clients and investors. Ron holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
