Prior to Excalibur, worked in the Leveraged Transactions team at Apax Partners in London and as a Product Development Manager at Procter & Gamble's European R&D Centre in Brussels. Also worked for McKinsey in Milan and in the Investment Banking team of Goldman Sachs in London. Director on the Board of Virgin Health Bank. MBA from the Harvard Business School, and was a Fulbright Scholar, and both PhD and MEng (Hons) with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
