Ryan Stepanian is an Associate at Lightyear Capital. Mr. Stepanian focuses on client service, marketing, and public relations as part of the Finance, Legal, and Operations team. Prior to joining Lightyear Capital in July 2004, Mr. Stepanian began his career at Pfizer Inc., where he worked with the Director of Information Resources. Mr. Stepanian received a B.A. in Philosophy and History of Mathematics and Science from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland.
