Shane McCarthy

Bio

Shane is the Chief Financial Officer for Enhanced Capital Partners and also co-heads the firm’s federal and state New Markets Tax Credit business line. As CFO, he oversees ECP’s accounting, finance and treasury functions and assists with the monitoring and investment performance tracking of the firm’s state-sponsored investment funds and underlying portfolio companies. Shane also oversees the firm’s transaction structuring and asset management for its New Market Tax Credit investments. Prior to joining ECP in March, 2006, he was an audit manager with Ernst & Young where he provided auditing and attestation services for both publicly traded and private entities. Shane is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. He received his Masters in Professional Accountancy and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001 and 1999, respectively.
