Stephan Oppenheimer

Bio

Stephan Oppenheimer is a Partner of Moelis Capital Partners and focuses on the business services and media sectors. Mr. Oppenheimer has 13 years of investment experience, having invested in numerous large and middle market leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions across a broad range of industries in the U.S. and internationally, and has served on the boards of directors of nine former portfolio companies. Mr. Oppenheimer spent 10 years at CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC and its predecessor organizations, JPMorgan Partners and Chase Capital Partners, where he most recently focused on transactions in the services, media and telecom and industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Oppenheimer worked as an investment banker in the Acquisition Finance Group of Chase Securities, Inc. and as a systems consultant with American Management Systems, Inc. and System Planning Corporation. He currently serves on the board of directors of MidCap Financial, LLC. Mr. Oppenheimer received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
