Over 12 years of private equity investment and corporate finance experience at Next Wave, Compass Partners and at Bridley Capital. Also has over 28 years industry experience managing global businesses undergoing major structural change in the branded consumer products, chemicals, electronics, paper and the food processing industry. During this time, was based in the US for 7 years, and also lived and worked in South Africa and Continental Europe. Currently non executive chairman of VPS Holdings, chairman of NWV portfolio companies ITI Energy and Petainer and also represents Next Wave on Crendo’s Board. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes.
