Focuses on the firm's European leveraged buyout activities with a particular emphasis on industrial and consumer markets. Joined the firm in 2003 from Permira. Has been involved in a number of recent investments including Clondalkin Group and Ideal Stelrad Group, where he holds board positions, and the firm's investments in the Dutch cable industry. Board positions at Clondalkin Group and Ideal Stelrad Group. MA in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford University. Chartered Accountant. Advanced Management Program at Harvard Busines School.
