Bio

Mr. Kalter rejoined Littlejohn as a Vice President in 2010, after serving as an Associate at the firm from 2002 to 2005. Prior to Littlejohn, Mr. Kalter was a Senior Credit Analyst at Longacre Fund Management, a distressed debt hedge fund. Previously, Mr. Kalter was an Equity Research Associate at CIBC World Markets covering the Wireline Telecommunications industry. Mr. Kalter began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was an investment banking analyst in the firm's Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors group. Mr. Kalter received an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with highest distinction in 2007 and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Management from The Wharton School, cum laude in 2000.
