Steven M Trembley

Bio

Steve has been with Century Park Capital Partners since 2000. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring growth equity and buyout transactions, as well as for monitoring portfolio company investments. Previously, Steve was an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin where he analyzed and valued closely-held companies and publicly-traded companies for recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and valuation opinions. At Houlihan, he also was involved in assessing potential private equity investments for the firm through Churchill ESOP Capital Partners. Prior to joining Houlihan, Steve was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson where he specialized in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Steve currently sits on the boards of Ryan's Express, Specialty Manufacturing and ROM Corporation. Steve earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
