Mr Rudick is responsible for deal sourcing, valuation assessments, strategic corporate relationships and the public market facets of the Uplift’s investment focus. Mr Rudick has spent over 24 years successfully anticipating market trends and emerging customer needs, building profitable investment strategies which have positioned investors to profit from these trends. After a combined 13 years at Lehman Brothers and at Bear Stearns (which included funding private environmental companies through the Global Environment Fund) Mr Rudick founded Mindful Partners LP, a $120 million fund which focused on public and private investments in the US Mr Rudick grew assets under management by 24 times and provided founding investors with a 600% return. Mr Rudick has made over 50 successful venture capital and private equity investments, achieving IPO exits with Earthlink, Netcentives, Saba Software and Vixel. Mr Rudick has served as Director of the University of Colorado Alumni Association and was a founding Board member and Chairman of the Waterkeepers (Baykeeper) of Northern California. Mr Rudick holds a BS in Business from the University of Colorado and attended the University of Lancaster, England.
