Bio
Upon graduation, Mr Overend worked for KPMG's Corporate Finance department in Glasgow between 1992 - 1995. He subsequently held the positions of Manager for Acquisition Finance at Clydesdale Bank plc, followed by Investment Manager at Clydesdale Bank Equity Ltd. In October 1999, Mr Overend joined Aberdeen as Investment Executive in the private equity team in Glasgow. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Chartered Accountant. Mr Overend graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow in 1992. During the course of his studies at Strathclyde, he was the Business School nominee in 1989 for the Robert Hart Scholarship.
