T Ronan Kennedy

Bio

Mr. Kennedy joined Meriturn Partners in 2005. Mr. Kennedy has worked closely with several portfolio companies to execute turnaround plans and strategic initiatives as well as assess follow-on acquisitions. Mr. Kennedy is responsible for sourcing & structuring transactions, ongoing portfolio management, and management of the Meriturn Fund. Prior to earning his MBA degree, Mr. Kennedy worked in the automotive industry for four years in both operating and engineering roles at Visteon Corporation. In his operating role, Mr. Kennedy co-led two production departments with $30 million of revenue through a restructuring and relocation effort by implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive out costs and improve productivity. As an engineer he was responsible for the design and launch of several new chassis products. Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Kennedy earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
