Tim Goodman

Bio

Tim joined Hermes in January 2008. He is a manager within Hermes Equity Ownership Services' (EOS) UK engagement team. EOS provides company voting and engagement services for the BT Pension Scheme, Hermes' owner, as well as a number of other international pension fund clients. In addition to his UK responsibilities, Tim also carries out voting and engagement work in Australia and Africa. He is a regular speaker on governance related issues and is deputy chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance’s corporate governance committee. Before joining Hermes, Tim worked in the insurance industry where he held a number of operational management roles before spending seven years in the company secretariat of a UK listed company. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, obtaining the prize for the best overall performance when he qualified.
