Mrs. Tromiczak has over 27 years of manufacturing experience and 6 years of experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2011 as a member of the operating team, Mrs. Tromiczak has been involved in investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mrs. Tromiczak was President of Berlin Industries, Inc., a market leader in print and supply chain management from 2005 to 2010. From 2003-2005 she was Sr. Vice President, Operations, at RR Donnelley, global provider of communications solutions. Prior to 2003 she held various operational and strategic planning roles at Donnelley. An Illinois native, Mrs. Tromiczak holds a BA degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign.
