Bio

Prior to joining the Company, was the CFO of Systems Union Group plc, an AIM-quoted international software business, and was responsible for the group finance function and was also involved in a number of cross-border acquisitions. Before that, was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining experience of a variety of sectors and geographies. Clients included large multi-national companies as well as smaller entrepreneurial businesses, many of which helped through mergers, acquisitions and listings both in the UK and overseas. Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Oxford University.
