Valerio Massimo di Roccasecca

Bio

Valerio joined Cinven in 2004. He has been involved in a number of transactions including Avio, Partnerships in Care, Eutelsat, and the Smurfit Kappa merger. He is a member of the Financial Services sector team. Previously he was at TDR Capital in London, where he worked on a number of buyouts, including the public-to-privates of PizzaExpress and ASK Central (later merged as Gondola). Prior to this he was at McKinsey & Company, working with clients in London, Milan and Paris. Valerio has a degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University and a Masters in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics.
