Bio

Ms Bleznak serves as Corporate Counsel and Principal of Katalyst and works with clients on a wide range of general corporate, securities and restructuring matters. With nine years of experience, Ms Bleznak brings deep legal expertise to companies.Prior to joining Katalyst, Ms Bleznak was a corporate attorney in the Business & Finance section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she represented clients in the retail, technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, telecommunication and services fields in public and private debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Previously, Ms Bleznak worked as a restructuring attorney in the Business Finance & Restructuring group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City, focusing on large chapter 11 restructurings. Ms Bleznak earned a BA in Political Science and English from Rutgers College and received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as an editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
