Vito Russo

Bio

Mr. Russo has many years of experience in senior leadership or advisory positions to entities requiring turnarounds or corporate restructuring, and as an investor. He has been involved with both service and manufacturing companies. Engagements have included companies ranging in size from $10 million to $1.0 billion in annual revenues and have encompassed: food processing and distribution, branded baked goods, industrial and decorative textiles, specialty papers, leather tanning, quick casual restaurants, flexible packaging, building products, heating and ventilation systems, metal fabrication, chemicals, plastics, and multi-line field sales. Mr. Russo has held the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Restructuring Officer, as well as consultant to client companies. He has completed extensive due diligence on companies in different industries and has led and completed the acquisition of two companies and the sale of one company. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of companies in diverse industries. Mr. Russo earned a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in both California and North Carolina.
