Bio

Mr. Griffin joined the ComVest Group in 2007. Prior to joining ComVest, Mr. Griffin worked as a senior associate at Crossbow Ventures, a Florida based venture capital firm, where he focused on portfolio development and investment analysis. Previously, Mr. Griffin was an associate with TD Capital, a New York based media and communications private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions. Prior to TD Capital, Mr. Griffin was an analyst at TD Securities (USA) Inc. where he worked in the Structured Finance Group. In that capacity, he was responsible for providing technical and analytical support for the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Griffin received an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.
