Before setting up VCP, Will worked at Grisons Peak LLP, a London based capital raising and corporate finance advisory firm. Prior to that, he worked for HSBC’s Financial Institutions team advising across a range of financial products. Will joined HSBC having left Danske Bank in 2004.
