Bio

Chris draws on his thirty-five years of experience in corporate management, strategic leadership, technology transfer, executive recruiting, and team-building to meet the needs of clients. His practice focuses on transactions across many business sectors. Having been a public company CEO, COO, and CFO, as well as his experience as a private equity general partner, Chris’ breadth of business knowledge enables him to bring added value to all facets of a transaction. Prior to joining Chestnut Hill Partners, LLC, Chris spent ten years as the co-Founder and CEO of a leading U.S. wireless telecommunications company which he led from its early formation through multiple accretive strategic acquisitions and financing transactions including raising private equity, high-yield debt and completing an initial public offering. Following a successful exit, Chris and partners founded the Bretton Woods Group, LLC, a private investment bank serving the emerging markets of the Central European States. Living in Prague and Warsaw, Chris provided financial advisory, capital formation and transaction services to the emerging wireless and data business sectors in Poland, Czech Republic, Russia and Hungary. Earlier, Chris was a senior corporate strategist and operations specialist with the international management consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Prior to his corporate experience, he served as a platoon leader in the United States Marine Corps. Chris graduated from the United States Naval Academy where he received a BS degree in Electrical and Marine Engineering with a second concentration in International Security Affairs. He is Fellow of the National Sea-Space Symposium and a recognized authority on deep-ocean mixed-gas diving.
