(ii) A market leader in a niche sector with resilient characteristics
(iii) Generally control positions in management buyouts or recapitalisations as a result of succession planning
(iv) Businesses headquartered in the UK usually with international exposure or growth plans
(v) An ambitious and strong management team or Chief Executive Officer with whom we can build a meaningful relationship
(vi) Historic growth with further expansion potential.
