Dheeraj Verma

Bio

Dheeraj co-leads Quantum’s strategy and investment efforts in the Midstream and Power/Renewable sectors. He also participates in evaluating and executing on Quantum’s investment opportunities in the Upstream sector. Prior to joining Quantum, Dheeraj was a senior member of J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York. During his tenure there, he advised domestic and foreign clients on over forty announced transactions with over $200 billion of enterprise value. He has significant experience in advising large and small corporations, board special committees, management teams, private equity and infrastructure funds, and entrepreneurs on value enhancing strategies and transactions. While he worked with clients and companies across the natural resources industry, he was particularly active in the generation, transmission and electric/gas utilities sub-sectors in North America. Dheeraj has a B.A./B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Ithaca College and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
