From 2001 to April 2009, was Head of Legal at SVG Capital plc, a UK quoted investment trust which is a private equity investor and fund management and advisory business. Between 1993 and 2001, was the legal director at Schroder Ventures Holdings Limited where he was responsible for all legal matters relating to the structuring and formation of Schroder Ventures funds. Previously Company Secretary at Parker Pen, a Jon Moulton led turnaround. Solicitor. Degree in accountancy and law from the University of Wales (Cardiff).
