Managing Director of AGC Equity Partners. Has more than 22 years of investment banking and private investment experience. Previously, was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Joined the company in 1988 in New York in the mergers and acquisitions department. Moved to Morgan Stanley, London in 1992. During career at Morgan Stanley, provided advice on all aspects of M&A deal making and related financings across all sectors and across continents (mainly Europe, Americas and Asia) with a focus on complex transactions. From 2006 to 2008, was a Managing Director with the SUN Group, a family-owned private equity company investing in developing markets. MBA in Finance and a BS in Operations Research from Columbia University and was recipient of the Sebastian B Littauer Award for outstanding promise of achievements in Operations Research.
